Meet The Founder
I’m Hilary Cocker, the founder of HC Mental Health and Wellbeing. With a strong foundation built on personal growth and over two decades of experience across diverse workplace environments, I’ve developed a comprehensive range of services designed to help organisations cultivate and sustain a true “care culture.”
My goal is to support you at every stage of your wellbeing journey—delivering practical, evidence-based services that produce measurable outcomes.
