Meet The Founder
My name is Hilary Cocker the Founder of HC Mental Health and wellbeing.
It has taken a lot of personal development and experience within different workplaces to create these services on offer for your workplace to build and enhance a “care culture” environment for all.
My aim is to be with you every step of the way to deliver services which can be measured, to show positive changes and build a “care culture” environment within your workplace, leading to a strong reputation, reduced absenteeism, reduced presenteeism (Re-senteeism) and attracting the best people for your organisation.
My mission is to highlight the importance of raising awareness of mental health and wellbeing as these are the cornerstone to enforce strong foundations, adding to team resilience, high performance, healthy emotional wellbeing and strong mindset.
